Be useful and respectful
Requests should relate to website content, rights, support, accessibility, copyright, or legitimate business communication. Explain the issue clearly and provide relevant evidence.
Not permitted
- Threats, harassment, hate, impersonation, or unlawful content.
- Spam, deceptive promotion, malicious links, or attempts to bypass security.
- Sharing another person’s sensitive information without a lawful reason.
- Knowingly false copyright, privacy, or correction claims.
- Automated high-volume submissions that interfere with the service.
Moderation
Administrators may close, restrict, retain for evidence, or delete abusive submissions as appropriate. Legitimate criticism and good-faith correction reports are welcome even when we do not ultimately agree.
