Exam photo checklist
Use a recent, clear colour photograph with an even light background. Keep the full face visible, avoid filters and heavy shadows, preserve the natural aspect ratio, and export in the exact JPG/JPEG dimensions and KB limit requested by the exam.
Signature checklist
Sign clearly on clean white paper using dark blue or black ink. Crop empty margins closely without cutting any strokes, keep the signature horizontal and readable, and resize it only to the required pixel dimensions and file-size range.
